A well established Brighton based organisation are looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a full time permanent Finance Assistant – Payables & Treasury.

Description

As Finance Assistant – Payables & Treasury, you will be responsible for:

  • Purchase invoice entry
  • Purchase statement reconciliation
  • Payments reports
  • Purchase ledger payments
  • Expense analysis and reconciliation
  • Cashbook reconciliation
  • Cash reporting

Profile

  • Sage or other similar Accounting Package
  • Strong Excel skills, intermediate or above combined with overall strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
  • AAT Studier or qualified or QBE

Job Offer

  • £26-28,000
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
  • 25 days holiday
  • 37.5 hour working week
