Finance Administrator | €3,500 Gross | Amsterdam, Netherlands

I’m searching for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a dynamic and international hospitality team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage daily accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance across multiple entities.

Your Experience

  • Completed HBO education in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Economics
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial administration
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
  • Proficient with financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks across multiple entities
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing
  • Support monthly and annual financial reporting and analysis
  • Assist with annual accounts and tax filings, including VAT returns
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and suggest process improvements
  • Support the finance team to maintain accurate and reliable financial records
