Description
- Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and support reconciliations.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and finances.
- Ensure timely submission of financial documents to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Experience in financial administration or a related field.
- AP and AR knowledge essential
- Cost Control
- Knowledge of PO’s
- Construction or Housing industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills.
- An ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- A collaborative attitude to support team objectives in the not-for-profit sector.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of approximately £14 to £17 based on experience.
