We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Excellence Manager to support operational performance and execution across a growing multi-unit QSR restaurant network in the Caribbean.
This role plays a critical part in driving operational consistency, profitability, and performance improvement across multiple markets by identifying operational gaps, implementing structured improvement initiatives, and strengthening execution standards across the field organization.
Candidates with strong international QSR backgrounds – ideally within systems such as Burger King or comparable global franchise brands — are highly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview
The Field Operations Excellence Manager drives operational performance, consistency, and profitability across the restaurant network by strengthening execution standards, improving operational discipline, and implementing best practices.
Acting as a key bridge between field operations teams, senior leadership, and support departments, this role focuses on performance optimization, process improvement, operational coaching, and measurable improvements in sales performance, cost control, customer experience, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Performance Improvement

Analyze restaurant performance across KPIs including brand standards compliance, shift management, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.

Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans for underperforming locations.

Partner with the Director of Operations, Operations Managers, Training Teams, District Managers, and Restaurant Managers to deliver measurable results.

Ensure training and development across the operational structure, including Operations Managers, District Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Management Teams.
Operational Standards & Execution

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, procedures, and service excellence.

Conduct operational audits, field visits, and structured performance reviews.

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement standardized solutions.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

Develop tools, systems, and processes that improve restaurant performance and operational efficiency.

Simplify operational workflows to improve execution and reduce complexity.
Field Support & Coaching

Provide operational coaching and mentorship across the operational leadership structure.

Support rollout of new initiatives, procedures, and brand programs.

Act as a subject matter expert on operational best practices.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Develop performance dashboards and operational reporting tools.

Present insights, trends, and improvement strategies to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Operations, Training, and HR teams to align performance initiatives.

Support new restaurant openings, operational transitions, and major operational projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
-
Minimum 5+ years’ experience within QSR or multi-unit restaurant operations.

Experience supporting or leading multi-unit restaurant teams.

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record improving operational performance.

Strong leadership and influencing ability without direct authority.

Full professional fluency in English (essential).

Spanish language proficiency highly desirable.
Preferred

Experience within global QSR franchise brands (Burger King)

Experience working across franchise or multi-country environments.

Operational improvement or transformation project experience.

Strong operational knowledge with hands-on field execution experience.
