Executive Head Housekeeper – Luxury 5* Hotel, London

Salary:                Up to £60,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Head Housekeeper to lead a housekeeping team at a prestigious 5* hotel in the heart of London. With over 200 bedrooms and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and maintain world-class standards across the property.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a large housekeeping team, ensuring operational excellence across all areas including guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all areas of the hotel.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, training programs, and quality control systems to ensure consistent excellence.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with other departmental heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and luxury brand standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury hotel environment, preferably 5* or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of luxury hotel operations, budgeting, and staff training programs.
