Dispute Resolution Solicitor
We are assisting this award winning law firm in their recruitment for a dispute resolution solicitor to focus purely on contentious probate. This dispute resolution team are experiencing huge growth in their contentious probate work load and are looking for someone to join in Bristol or Cardiff.
This dispute resolution team manage a mixed caseload of contentious probate and work on behalf of claimants and defendants. Your caseload will include; the validity of wills, bringing and defending IPFDA claims, dealing with claims arising from the administration of Trusts and Estates and also professional negligence against solicitors in relation to advice in this area.
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience of handling contentious probate matters – if this is as part of your training contract, please apply!

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £43000 – £63000 per annum
