Digital Success Manager (DSM)

Full Time – Contract

Salary: £33,600 per anum

Job overview: We are seeking a Digital Success Manager (DSM) to provide ongoing training and operational support to our SkillsBuild partner organizations during the onboarding, activation, implementation and growth of the program.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the regional team to support the SkillsBuild Implementation Manager (IM) and the local Corporate Social Responsibility Managers (CSRMs) to drive SkillsBuild program delivery and implementation plan execution to meet partner and country targets.
  • Deliver ongoing training and operational support to our Program Partners during onboarding, activation, implementation and growth of the SkillsBuild program. Partner operational support includes platform demos, learner engagement interventions, community activities and webinars to ensure their SkillsBuild program success.
  • Share deep knowledge of the SkillsBuild portfolio and platform with the partners.
  • Help the partner to identify appropriate key competencies, training and activities needed to activate and engage their learners and meet their program impact needs aligned with Implementation Plan.
  • Work with the partners to build communities, identify SkillsBuild volunteering opportunities and identify learner success stories.
  • Support the partners and CSR Managers with SkillsBuild marketing and communications campaigns
  • Play an active role in the global SkillsBuild team and community of DSMs who regularly meet to support each other with questions, enablement and sharing best practice.

Candidate requirements:

  • Good technical acumen, comfortable with technology.
  • Experienced in teaching or training delivery (mainly online) and creating learning/skills development plans.
  • Experienced in providing operational support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience of delivering digital (online) learning platforms.
  • Comfortable to leverage an expert network.
  • A sound knowledge of new technology fields such as AI, Cyber, Data, Cloud, Software Development and key employability skills for entry level employment in these fields.
  • Familiar with the challenges of digital upskilling for employment, job markets and the regional job market demand.
  • A general understanding of academic establishments, non-profit enterprises, NGOs and training providers, especially those focused on employment and upskilling.
  • Global perspective enjoys building trusted relationships and collaborating across teams.
  • Can easily adapt to different environments and cultures. Skills and competencies needed:
  • Strong presentation and online facilitation skills.
