Description

Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customer’s needs and provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Remain up-to-date with product knowledge

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Job Offer

  • An annual salary of £23, 400
  • Monday to Friday work schedule with 37.5 hours per week
