Description
- Managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring credit limits and assessing creditworthiness of new clients.
- Reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and correspondence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage customer queries and disputes.
- Providing regular updates and reports on accounts receivable status.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar role within accounting and finance.
- A strong understanding of accounts receivable and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Job Offer
