Excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection NQ Solicitor to join a leading law firm.
The successful court of protection solicitor will be joining a medium sized team, who are based in Salisbury but work on a hybrid basis and regularly travel to see clients.
You will be providing representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs and accounts, personal injury trusts and applications to the Court of Protection.
You will be a qualified solicitor who has had atleast a training seat in Court of Protection work. You will have exceptional client care skills, demonstrate experience in a fast paced environment and be ambitious within the area of Court of Protection.
