High performing Top 50 national firm with thriving Tax team seeks an additional senior corporate tax lawyer to join the ranks in Birmingham.

An opportunity now exists for a talented senior Corporate Tax lawyer to join the firm’s successful Birmingham based tax team as a Senior Associate with clear prospects for progression.
The national tax team acts for corporations, entrepreneurs, management teams, pension funds, charities, registered providers of social housing and local authorities in a range of domestic and international tax advice. The range of support the team offers is broad, from transactional support for corporate, banking and real estate transactions relating to corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, withholding taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duty through to delivering tax structuring advice and stand-alone advisory work. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of tax advisory work and transactional support for UK and international clients.
You will either be an experienced Senior Associate (or equivalent) with at least 5 years PQE gained in another leading regional, national or international law firm, bringing experience in corporate tax, property tax, or share schemes. Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £70000 – £90000 per annum
