Job title: Corporate Solicitor – Reading
Location: Reading
Salary: £80k-£105k – depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

Are you an experienced corporate lawyer looking to take your career to the next level? This firm has attracted leading solicitors from reputable law firms in the City and beyond and are committed to delivering bespoke legal services to some of the most prestigious companies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions, including corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and equity incentive arrangements, both domestically and cross-border.
  • Deliver multidisciplinary, client-focused solutions by building and maintaining relationships with other teams and clients.
  • Lead teams on multi-disciplinary projects in the UK and internationally.
  • Project manage and drive projects to successful conclusions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
