Exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join this fantastic corporate team, where you will be working with a well known, busy corporate team. You will be joining the corporate team who are based in Gloucester.
The corporate team advise a range of local businesses to include SMEs, OMBs and public bodies on transactional corporate matters, corporate support, reorganisations, private equity and due diligence.
As part of this corporate role, you will be encouraged to play an active part in business development.
