Job Title: Corporate Real Estate Lawyer

Salary: From: £225,000 + Bonus
A top tier global law firm is seeking high-performing associates to join its growing Corporate Real Estate practice in London. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a market-leading team.
About the Role:
- The Corporate Real Estate team advises private equity funds, institutional and non-institutional investors, developers, operators, lenders, and borrowers. The work includes structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, developments, and financings.
About You:
- The ideal candidate will be E&W qualified with excellent academics and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, gained at a top-tier law firm. You will have significant experience drafting joint venture agreements and negotiating share purchase agreements for corporate real estate transactions. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex transactions are essential for success in this role.
