Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

An AM Top 50 law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer to join its London office. This is an opportunity to join a global law firm during an exciting period of growth as it strategically invests in expanding its London practice.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring. Responsibilities include leading complex transactions, managing client relationships, and drafting and negotiating legal documents. The role also involves conducting due diligence investigations and mentoring junior associates.
Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must be qualified solicitors in England and Wales with a strong academic background and a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably from a top-tier firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance, along with exceptional analytical and communication skills. Experience with international clients and cross-border transactions is preferred. Candidates with an in-house legal background are also encouraged to apply.
