Description
As a conveyancing solicitor you will be advising on the following;
- Managing a large affordable portfolio of complex conveyancing cases, from instruction through to completion and registration.
- Advising clients on the legal aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Ensuring all legal documentation is correctly executed.
- Handling client queries and resolving any issues that arise.
Profile
A successful conveyancing solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who a good understanding of residential conveyancing and who has experience managing affordable housing portfolios.
Job Offer
For the successful conveyancing solicitor the firm will consider full and part-time working patterns and a hybrid model.
They will pay a great daily rate.
