Contentious Wills, Trusts and Estates Solicitor
Location: Cardiff
Tier one team / Top 100 UK Law firm
This top 100 UK Law firm are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor to join their tier 1 ranked team. The team advise a range of clients that includes individuals, trust corporations, charities, professional executors as well as large high street banks and building societies. The team deal with a range of private wealth disputes, some examples include inheritance act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, wills disputes, equity claims and COP disputes.
The ideal solicitor for this role would be 4+ PQE at either associate or senior associate level as this role will also involve supervision of junior members of the team as well as business development activities.
