Chadwick Nott are assisting a Top 100 Law firm who are looking to recruit a skilled Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join their expanding Charities & Private Wealth Disputes team. The team specialises in handling inheritance disputes for both individual clients nationwide and national charitable organizations. The thriving team hold a tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 for contentious probate in the Southwest and are recognized as tier 1 for Charities (Legacies) across the UK by Chambers.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients from day one when you will take on your own diverse caseload, managing a full range of contentious trust and probate matters. You’ll work within a highly experienced team of specialists and have the support of trainees and paralegals.

The successful candidate will ideally be at the Senior Associate level and be a well-rounded expert in contentious trusts and probate, with a strong background in independently managing their own caseload. While ACTAPS and STEP qualifications are an advantage, it is not essential and the firm are happy to support you in obtaining the same.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £65000 – £80000 per annum
