Contentious Probate Lawyer NQ+

Our Client , a Top 100 firm with centrally located offices in Cardiff city centre have a rare opening for an experienced NQ Lawyer (with a seat in contentious private client matters) to deal with full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.
Their tier 1 ranked Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team has an outstanding reputation and acts for a wide range of individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financial institutions.
You must be able to independently manage your own caseload and listen to client needs sensitively and fairly whilst providing clear, supportive, and careful guidance to help deliver the best outcome for them. Exceptional client care and time management/organisational skills are essential for this role.
