Our client is one of the largest and most established in the South East regions, with a storied history and some of the most knowledgeable lawyers outside of London, this firm consistently ranks highly in both Chambers and the Legal 500.
This role would see you join the firms Construction team, enabling them to provide a full range of services that span construction projects from beginning to end. This collaboration also enables the team to work closely and share knowhow and market trends to benefit both the firm and its clients. You can expect to act for a range of developers, funders, contractors and more, possessing experience in property, banking, educational and healthcare sectors. The work varies in complexity and makes use of the latest in legal tech solutions, alongside making full use of the team’s multidisciplinary experience. Enabling you to provide more tailored legal advice and a more robust service.
This role provides the opportunity to progress and develop within this collaborative and unique team. Making full use of the firm’s expertise and ongoing training alongside working with some of the brightest lawyers in this field. If you have experience in non-contentious construction work, alongside a passion and knowledge of the construction industry and its key players and are seeking a move into a career role within one of the UKs most established regional firms then this role is for you.
