Construction Solicitor – Cardiff
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced construction solicitor to join a highly regarded construction team, known for its Tier 1 ranking and standout work across the UK.
You’ll be joining a friendly and ambitious construction team that works with clients across the construction, engineering and energy sectors, including government bodies, developers, contractors, funders and housing associations. The team act on transactional, advisory and contentious construction matters.
In this role, you’ll be supporting a strong pipeline of complex and high-value work across both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. You’ll work closely with partners and junior colleagues alike, with plenty of opportunity to take the lead on your own matters depending on your experience.
You’ll ideally have atleast 4 years’ PQE and have solid knowledge of standard form contracts (including JCT and NEC). You should feel confident dealing with adjudication and litigation processes, and be comfortable supporting on training and presentations when needed.
