Description
As a competition solicitor you will be advising on;
- Merger control and foreign direct investment rules
- Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
- Competition law compliance and dawn raids
- State aid and subsidy control, including the EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation (ideally but not a requirement)
Profile
A successful Competition Solicitor should have/be:
- An England & Wales, or common law jurisdiction qualified Solicitor
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
- Experience handling competition cases in the professional services industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
