Commercial Propery Solicitor – Plymouth

Highly regarded and well established Plymouth firm are looking to recruit a driven and dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate law to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

# Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord and tenant issues
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in the property sector

# Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
  • Solid experience in commercial property law
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the real estate market in Devon and the South West
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
  • Proven track record of delivering results and providing excellent client service

# Day-to-day

  • Work closely with clients, providing clear and practical advice on a range of commercial property matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and training sessions to continuously develop legal knowledge
  • Manage a varied workload efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met
