Commercial Propery Solicitor – Plymouth
Highly regarded and well established Plymouth firm are looking to recruit a driven and dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate law to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
# Responsibilities
- Handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord and tenant issues
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients and ensure their needs are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in the property sector
# Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
- Solid experience in commercial property law
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of the real estate market in Devon and the South West
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering results and providing excellent client service
# Day-to-day
- Work closely with clients, providing clear and practical advice on a range of commercial property matters
- Collaborate with colleagues in the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Attend meetings, networking events, and training sessions to continuously develop legal knowledge
- Manage a varied workload efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met
