Commercial Property Solicitor

Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an ambitious and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading ‘Top 100’ law firm in their Cardiff office. Our client is a heavyweight firm with a strong, national profile who have an opening for either an Associate or Senior Associate (dependant on experience) to join their Social Housing team.
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Represent large housing association clients.
- Manage a complex and varied caseload independently.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Engage in business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will have expertise in advising Housing Associations/registered providers in Wales and England and be proficient in site acquisition, development, section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, package deals, Golden Brick transactions, and large-scale disposals/stock transfers.
Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills are essential.
With centrally located and impressive offices close to Cardiff central station, a Commercial Property Solicitor would be hard placed to find a better opportunity in South Wales.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £50000 – £60000 per annum
