Commercial Property – 5+ PQE – Bristol / hybrid
Exciting opportunity for a senior level commercial property solicitor to join a highly ranked and reputable commercial property team to grow their presence in Bristol. This commercial property team are part of a Top 50 UK firm and ranked highly in directories.
You will be an integral part to the growth of this commercial property team into the regional market and will be helping to grow this presence. Working as one with the commercial property team in London, you’ll have lots of work to keep you busy alongside growing the regional practice area.
This commercial property team are kept busy by working on a broad range of commercial property work for a range of sectors. You’ll work on large scale landlord and tenant, development and regeneration, corporate support, property management and much more. This team work across multi sectors to include retail, hospitality and managing the property for insurance businesses.
You’ll be a senior level solicitor who is looking for a senior associate role. You’ll have to demonstrate atleast 5 years PQE from a reputable commercial property practice. You’ll be able to show that you are comfortable with business development, building client relationships and winning work.
