Fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigation senior associate solicitor to join this reputable commercial litigation team who are based in Cardiff. This commercial litigation solicitor will be working on a caseload for claimants and defendant on a varied commercial litigation caseload. As a senior associate in this commercial litigation team, you will be assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior fee earners.
Your caseload will be varied and include contractual disputes, defamation, professional negligence, shareholders disputes, IP/IT disputes, restructuring and insolvency.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor with atleast 5 years PQE in commercial litigation. You will be able to show that you have experience in managing your own commercial litigation from a strong commercial litigation practice. Please apply if you are looking to progress into a senior associate position and feel you have the skills required.
