Are you a seasoned leader with a strong background in enterprise sales? Do you have a passion for driving growth in the food industry?

COREcruitment are excited to be working with a food tech business with a really impressive investor list who are looking to add to their board. We are looking for a Senior level candidate, ideally in an Executive role or developing their NED portfolio, ideally with significant B2B experience within the hospitality sector (specifically pubs) with strong business relationships and contacts in the sector.

The Individual:

We are looking for a Senior level candidate, ideally in an Executive role or developing their NED portfolio, ideally with significant B2B experience within the hospitality sector (specifically pubs) with strong business relationships and contacts in the sector.

Requirements:

* Current CEO/ Chair or NED with experience in the hospitality (pub) industry
* Willing to leverage your network to establish key partnerships with corporate clients, distributors, and enterprise customers.
* Strong commercial acumen and a detailed understanding of B2B sales, key account management, and partnership development.
* Offer guidance on revenue growth initiatives.
* Ability to support the board in enterprise sales strategy and execution.
* Act as a mentor to the executive team, sharing best practices and helping to build a strong culture within the organisation.
* Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach and a passion for innovation.
