My client delivers major events across the UK and we are seeking an experienced catering professional to lead the food and beverage operations, ensuring world-class delivery and guest experience. The role covers everything from tendering and contract negotiation to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
This role requires extensive travel across the UK in peak season!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee F&B strategy and operations for large-scale events
- Manage catering partners, menus, pricing, and food safety standards
- Maximise revenue while maintaining exceptional visitor experience
- Provide on-site leadership and deliver post-event reviews
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in high-volume F&B and large-scale events
- Strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible to travel and work on-site during events
