We’re on the lookout for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a growing group of vibrant, experiential cocktail bars. With 2 new sites opening soon, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fun, energetic environment! You’ll be working closely with the General Manager to lead the team, drive service standards, and ensure operations run smoothly in lively, high-energy venues known for their parties, private hires, and unforgettable guest experiences.

- Has strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Understands P&L and operational management

- Has worked in cocktail bars or late-night venues
- Can manage smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume setting
- Is eager to grow and develop their career with an expanding brand
