My client is a national, highly reputable and dynamic multi office law firm specialising in delivering high-quality legal services across a range of sectors. With a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a focus on excellence, they pride themselves on their collaborative and supportive work environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join them in their Taunton office to handle a diverse portfolio of country property, agricultural, and commercial transactions.
**Role Overview:**
As a qualified Solicitor you will be responsible for managing a broad range of property, agricultural, and commercial transactions in the firm’s highly ranked Private Property & Agricultural team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas of law, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent client management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handling a range of work related to rural property, including the sale and purchase of farms, estates, country homes and rural businesses, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects and many more.
- Taking an active role in business development
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in agricultural property.
- Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload independently.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.

Salary: £54000 – £62000 per annum
