A well established organisation based in the West Sussex / Shoreham-By-Sea area is looking to recruit a full time permanent Accounts Payable Assistant.

Description

As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Invoices are processed and paid according to terms
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Ongoing management of the purchase ledger inbox
  • Match and verify invoices to our purchase order system
  • Liaise with all teams across the business in ensuring that invoices and internal queries are actioned swiftly
  • Investigate and resolve any purchase enquiries or disputes with suppliers
  • Reconcile supplier statements

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of purchase ledger
  • Excel and accounting software
  • Invoice processing
