Description

  • Supervise the Accounting & Finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations
  • Review and manage accounts, financial statements, and tax data
  • Participate in strategic planning, budget development, and workforce planning
  • Implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the company’s financial regulations and best practices

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience
  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
  • Superb analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Caseware is preferable but not essential
  • Solicitors Accounts rules experience is preferable but not essential
