Corporate Solicitor – Bristol
Chadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join their growing Corporate team in Bristol.
If you’ve got 2+ years PQE and a solid foundation in corporate transactions, this role offers the chance to work on high-quality matters in a supportive, forward-thinking team.
You’ll be based in Bristol, with hybrid working and the flexibility to collaborate across offices. The team handles a broad mix of corporate work to include mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and regulatory matters. It’s a great environment for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build strong client relationships.
In this role, you’ll be advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, from reviewing and finalising facility, security, and intercreditor documentation to supporting pre-completion processes and perfecting security. As a key member of the team, you’ll also supervise junior colleagues and get involved in business development to help grow the practice across departments. It’s a role that blends technical expertise with client-facing work and offers plenty of scope to make a meaningful impact.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage your own caseload and support others
- A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships

Salary: £54000 – £64000 per annum
