My client are a well known FMCG manufacturer in the Droitwich area and are looking for an Engineering Team Leader with experience in a similar, fast paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- People management & Development
- Overseeing an engineering team of up to 10 people
- Developing, improving and implementing engineering processes
- PPM Planning and scheduling
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing an engineering team
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to train and develop junior engineers
- NVQ / Apprenticeship trained (Beneficial)
