Salary: £22,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 4 days in the office
- 1 day working from home

Role Overview
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting various departments across the business. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of administrative functions and will work closely with the Customer Experience & Service Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a learning-focused role, ideal for someone who is keen to understand all aspects of office administration and contribute to the success of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Office Support
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service and Planning Teams using various software tools
- Learn and assist with different roles across the office to support departmental needs
- Assist the Operations Lead and Head of Department with performance reporting and data collation
- Organise and coordinate internal meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and reordering processes
Customer & Engineer Support
- Act as a secondary point of contact for customers and internal engineering teams
- Prepare and send quotations for parts and full systems
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Produce and share accreditation documentation with customers
- Upload customer invoices to relevant payment portals
Skills & Experience Required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI software is a plus
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues proactively
- Organisation: Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively
