We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people initiatives and help shape the culture of a growing business.
The Role
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for building an environment where people thrive. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, partner with leadership, and ensure the HR strategy supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the employee journey: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across the workforce.
- Provide guidance on performance, coaching, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Develop and deliver training, career pathways, and growth initiatives.
Experience:
- Proven HR/People & Culture experience in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.
- Practical, solutions-focused, and an excellent communicator.
- Experience within facilities, contract catering or related industries (advantageous).
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent.
