A prestigious hospitality group based in Beirut, operating a portfolio of very cool & upscale restaurant outlets across Lebanon and MENA region, are looking for a Corporate Group Executive Chef to join their team. This brand is known for its chic, trendsetting concepts and is frequented by a sophisticated and distinguished clientele.

As the Corporate Group Executive Chef, you will lead and manage the entire culinary strategy of the group, ensuring that all outlets deliver exceptional, high-quality dining experiences that reflect international standards and local tastes.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee culinary operations across all outlets in Lebanon and abroad.

-Develop innovative, high-end menus tailored to each concept and market.

-Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

-Lead and train executive chefs and kitchen teams across regions.

-Coordinate sourcing, inventory control, and cost management.

-Maintain alignment with brand identity and evolving market trends.

-Collaborate with operations, marketing, and design teams on new and seasonal updates.

Requirements:

-Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple outlets.

-Background in upscale or fine dining restaurants is essential.

– Pan-asian cuisine experience is beneficial

-Degree or formal training in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.

-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

-Ability to manage multicultural teams across different countries.

-Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.

-Willingness to travel between regional outlets as needed.
