The Senior Financial & Administration Manager will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance and the efficient management of resources within the industrial/manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will also oversee the whole business, including, HR, Sales and prepare Board Packs. Description

  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures across departments.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance & Administration Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience overseeing all departments.
