Description
The Catastrophic Loss Solicitor or Senior Paralegal will:
- Assisting senior lawyers with large loss personal injury claims (£150k-£20m+)
- Supporting litigation processes including disclosure, evidence and trial prep
- Managing technical aspects of EL/PL and RTA cases under supervision
- Liaising with third parties and maintaining accurate case records
- Ensuring the case management system is consistently updated
Profile
The successful Catastrophic Loss Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with NQ – 5+ years’ experience or a senior paralegal
- Experienced in EL/PL, RTA, and catastrophic injury claims
- Comfortable handling high-value defendant personal injury files
- Commercially aware and confident working in a fast-paced legal environment
