Finance Associate 3-4PQE
One of our longstanding and impressive clients are looking for associates. Are you a motivated, passionate finance associate looking for a new opportunity? If so, our client has a dynamic and growing team, known for delivering innovative, multi-jurisdictional finance support across a variety of sectors-from real estate and green energy to sports, entertainment and hospitality.
They are looking for a highly motivated solicitor (3-4 PQE) with strong drafting skills and a commercial mindset. You’ll work on complex transactions including real estate finance and project finance, supporting high-profile clients such as football clubs, infrastructure funds, and luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting facility, security, and intercreditor agreements
- Managing closings and post-completion matters
- Coordinating with cross-departmental teams
- Supervising junior team members
- Supporting business development and client engagement
You’ll bring:
- UK qualification with 3+ years’ finance experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and drafting abilities
- A collaborative, proactive approach
