Description
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- Maintain compliance with relevant payroll legislation and company policies
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries from staff and management
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to ensure payroll accuracy
- Assist in implementing process improvements within payroll operations
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times
- Support audits by providing accurate payroll documentation and information
Profile
A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in end to end payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
