We are working with a top International organisation focused on Hospitality projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage current construction project (Hotel and Hospitality Venue) ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Designer or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
- AutoCAD knowledge with a needs to understand technical drawings
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Experience with Hotel / Hospitality construction or rennovation preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English and Greek is essential.
Must be able to work and travel in the EU.
