We are working with a top International organisation focused on Hospitality projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage current construction project (Hotel and Hospitality Venue) ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Designer or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
  • AutoCAD knowledge with a needs to understand technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  • Experience with Hotel / Hospitality construction or rennovation preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Fluency in English and Greek is essential.

Must be able to work and travel in the EU.
