We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join the kitchen at a stunning independent bar and restaurant in the heart of East London. Set across a vibrant multi-level venue with an open kitchen and wood-fired grill, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced team in a unique space.

The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in delivering a menu built around 100% fresh, seasonal ingredients, all cooked from scratch. The Sous Chef will play a key role in leading the brigade, maintaining high standards, and helping to develop new dishes that reflect the venue’s ethos: sustainability, collaboration, and honest cooking. This is an ideal role for a strong Sous Chef ready to thrive in a busy, high-profile environment with a loyal following.

Sous Chef requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality fresh-food kitchen
  • Comfortable running high-volume service with consistency and flair
  • A calm, hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and sustainable sourcing
