Description
- Leading the development and implementation of the group’s risk and assurance strategy.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across the group.
- Conducting internal audits and presenting findings to senior management.
- Identifying areas of risk and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Providing assurance on the effectiveness of the group’s controls.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to enhance business performance.
Profile
A successful Group Risk & Assurance Manager should have:
- Previous internal or external audit experience working with group companies
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIA, or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management and assurance practices.
- Willingness to carry out end-to-end audit delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
