This role offers great flexibility with hybrid working and happy to consider candidates with a minimum of 1 year payroll experience who is looking to build a career in payroll.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist will include:

  • Assist in the efficient running of the payroll department.
  • Process payroll adjustments and ensure accurate payroll records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll expenses.
  • Support in the preparation of year-end reports and P60s.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of manual calculations
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Job Offer
