Salary: £130,000 – £150,000

As the CEO, you’ll:
* Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote our mission
* Monitor budgetary and financial activities to ensure continuing commercial viability of the organisation.
* Build a positive working culture in line with values, embracing diversity and fairness
* Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors
* Drive business performance and financial sustainability.
* Ensure delivery of social value and health outcomes
* Lead a high-performing team and foster a positive, inclusive culture
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance our reputation
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven leadership experience at senior management level
* Strategic vision and excellent decision-making skills.
* Highly motivated self-starter with resilience and determination and the ability to see jobs through to completion.
* Strong financial acumen and performance management expertise.
* Worked in a customer facing environment
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Passion for community wellbeing and social impact.
* Leisure sector experience
