Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute large-scale physical and online recruitment events.
  • Develop and implement targeted communication strategies to engage prospective students.
  • Ensure smooth event logistics, from scheduling to post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain and optimise CRM systems to track and nurture student applications.
  • Oversee student ambassador programmes, including training and briefing.
  • Manage online student communities and engage audiences effectively.
  • Write clear, compelling emails and other communications to support recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored content for different audiences.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in event planning and communications.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Line manage one team member, providing guidance and support in their tasks.

  • Experienced in planning and delivering large-scale in-person events.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Job Offer

  • Competitive Salary – £39,000-£44,000
