Working for a fast-paced, ambitious FX firm in central London, you’ll be working in the Treasury and Settlements team, supporting with bank reconciliations, cash management, FX exposure and payment authorisations.

Description
- Assist with daily and month-end bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage daily treasury operations, moving funds to cover overdrawn positions and minimise FX exposure.
- Communicate reconciliation updates to internal stakeholders for transparency.
- Collaborate on processing, reviewing, and authorising payments, ensuring accurate allocation of incoming funds.
- Build relationships with external counterparties, resolving queries efficiently.
- Identify, challenge and implement system/process improvements with stakeholders.
- Contribute to Safeguarding reconciliation procedures and compliance.
- Lead the development of a new Treasury operations team to work in tandem with the settlements team.
- Ensure risk management procedures are fit for purpose, documented, and applied.
- Stay abreast of current trends in the industry and ensure the company is in line with industry standards.
Profile
- Background in Cash Management or Treasury Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to tasks
- Diligent, proactive, and able to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to support and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
