Construction Solicitor – Bristol

Fantastic opportunity for a construction solicitor to join a large regional firm, based in Bristol on hybrid basis. You will be joining an excellent construction team where you will have exposure to an excellent caseload of non contentious construction work. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious construction solicitor to further their career in construction law and work with a talented team of construction solicitors.

Role:

  • Working on a caseload of non-contentious construction matters.
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on construction standard contracts such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC amongst others.
  • Caseload will also include consultant appointments, collateral warranties and bonds/guarantees.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Keeping up to date with changes in construction law and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • You will have atleast 3 years’ PQE in construction law.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of handling a non contentious construction caseload – if this is as part of a mixed caseload, please still apply.
  • Sound understanding of JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Salary: £55000 – £70000 per annum
