This role is for a diligent Rents and Service Charge Officer in the Rents and Service Charge department of a small to medium size Housing Association based in Central London.

Description
- Accurately calculate and apply rents and service charges
- Handle and resolve rent and service charge queries
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all transactions
- Regularly liaise with the Accounting & Finance department
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Work closely with external auditors
- Comply with all financial regulations and standards
- Promote a positive image of the organisation in all dealings
Profile
A successful Rents and Service Charge Officer should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Experience in housing or property
- Previous experience Rents and Service Charge
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
